Quicksy:

  • Is not a provider of the listed services

  • Does not directly employ Service Providers

  • Does not supervise, control, or guarantee services

  • Acts solely as a booking and connection platform

All services are provided independently by Service Providers.

3. Eligibility

To use Quicksy, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Customer Terms

4.1 Booking Services

When you book a service through Quicksy:

  • You enter into a direct agreement with the Service Provider

  • You agree to pay the quoted service fee

  • You agree to provide accurate service details

4.2 Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Quicksy may charge:

  • Platform service fees

  • Processing fees

  • Cancellation fees (if applicable)

All payments must be made through the platform unless otherwise agreed.

5. Service Provider Terms

By registering as a Service Provider, you agree that:

  • You are an independent contractor

  • You hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance

  • You comply with all Australian laws and regulations

  • You provide services professionally and safely

  • You are responsible for tax obligations including GST

Quicksy reserves the right to remove providers who breach standards.

6. Fees

Quicksy may charge:

  • Commission fees

  • Subscription fees

  • Promotional placement fees

  • Transaction processing fees

Fees will be disclosed prior to application.

We reserve the right to update fees with reasonable notice.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service.

Refunds may be issued:

  • If a service is not delivered

  • If required under Australian Consumer Law

Quicksy reserves the right to assess refund eligibility.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information

  • Circumvent the platform to avoid fees

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or unlawful conduct

  • Interfere with the Website’s security

  • Upload malicious software

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may leave reviews of Service Providers.

Reviews must:

  • Be honest and accurate

  • Not contain defamatory or offensive content

Quicksy may remove inappropriate reviews.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Quicksy is not liable for:

  • The quality or outcome of services

  • Loss or damage caused by Service Providers

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business interruption or lost profits

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Insurance and Risk

Service Providers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance.

Customers acknowledge that engaging services involves inherent risks.

Quicksy does not provide insurance coverage for service performance.

12. Intellectual Property

All Website content including logos, branding, text, and graphics are owned by Quicksy.

You may not reproduce or use content without written permission.

13. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Legal compliance requires action

Users may terminate accounts by contacting us.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between customers and Service Providers should first be resolved directly.

Quicksy may assist but is not obligated to intervene.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, parties may seek mediation or legal remedies under Australian law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.

17. Changes to Terms

Quicksy may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
